IgE-sensi- tized BMMCs were pre-incubated with curcumin or Bay 61-3606 for 1 h and stimulated with DNP-HSA for 15 min. Then cells were taken for the immunoblot detection of Akt, IKK, IκBa cytosolic NF-κB (p65), nuclear NF-κB (p65), b-actin and lamin B. Nuclear extracts were used for the NF-κB (p65) immunoblot.
