These temperature-specific volume, pressure-specific volume, and temperature-entropy diagrams are commonly used to observe the changes in these properties between different stages of the engine. Figure 8: T-v, P-v and T-s Diagrams (MIT, 2014) The four processes that constitute the Brayton Cycle can be seen in these diagrams.
