Both TENGs exhibit maximum average output power when the external load resistance is around 20 MΩ, which is independent of the ambient vibration frequency. The strong comparison of the plots in Figure 13a and Figure 13b shows that MA-TENG starts to function as an electricity generator at a lower frequency and its output is much higher than the conventional SR-TENG at the same low frequency. Meanwhile, when the frequency is higher than 5.0 Hz, the maximum output power of both TENGs, as shown in Figure 13c and Figure 13d, is about the same.
