Reaction conditions: 260 °C, 0.09 wt. % Ru(tmhd)2cod, 0.3 wt. % hydrogen, 3 minutes heating. Using differential kinetics (inset), negative first order kinetics is observed with addition of cod from concentrations between 0 wt. % - 0.9 wt. %. Cot concentration is varied from 0 wt. % to 0.8 wt. %. The data indicate a slight negative trend, however, after differential kinetics analysis, it is a negligible effect. The zero order effect that cot has on growth rate is attributed to its low affinity for absorption to the surface after being formed from hydrogenation of cod and cyclooctene, coe. 42 Growth Rate (nm/min) ln(R)PDF Image | Supercritical Fluid Deposition Of Thin Metal Films
