3 Transcritical CO2 Heat Pump System CO2 heating system, as known as CO2 heat pump system, could be divided into two categories, air and water source heat pump. Both has mainly the same concept, but different heat sources. Air source heat pump is very suitable in the frigid zones, with high COP (Coefficient of performance) efficiency for hot consumption water or bath water applications.
