The set-points for the hot water temperature were 60 and 80oC. The COP was even more sensitive to variations in the inlet water tempe- rature in the DHW mode than in the combined mode, since the entire heating capacity of the CO2 heat pump unit was used for hot water production. As an example, by increasing the inlet water temperature from 5oC to 20 and 30°C, the relative COP was reduced by 17 and 34%, respectively.
