would enhance the electrical efficiency of the CHP system by 2.3%. 5. Conclusion The model developed through the HYSYS DynamicsTM software shows the influence of the ambient air temperature, steam production capacity and gas turbine power output on the amount of waste heat available. The model developed through the HYSYS DynamicsTM software only predicted clean performances of the CHP system. However, from the validation shown, the result matches well with the experimental values. Finally, this model should be useful as a basis to investigate waste heat availability from a CHP system.
