Data Sheet OPB-ORC-600M OMORC-430-100 A 1 INTRODUCTION These drawings and modules are intended to give the recipient an understanding of the size, space requirements and connections of the OPB-ORC-600M. These drawings shall not be used for final design and construction. Approved drawings that shall be used for final design and construction are delivered four months after order. OPCON keeps the right to make changes in the construction until an order has been signed. 2 CONFIDENTIALITY The entire proposal is commercially confidential information and this information or documentation provided by OPCON may not be transferred or disclosed (by writing, orally, computer programs or otherwise) to any unauthorized person or third party. Further, it is understood that the recipients of this document receives no title or ownership rights to such information or documents related to this offer and all such rights shall remain with OPCON. 3 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OPCON shall in no event be liable for loss of production, loss of business, loss of data or revenue or for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
