. The starting and ending of each engine run requires about half an hour. Frocedure’checklists are included (Table 4 and 5). Running times varied from 20 minutes at 105 psig inlet pressures to well over an hour at 60,psig inlet pressures. The runs were halted when the oil && sightglassfilled due tosealwater or working fluid 1eakage.to the oil system . Data were recorded a t the following conditions; i n l e t pressures of 60; 75, 90 and 105 psig, engine speeds of 3000, 45006000, 7500, and 9000 rpm’s, and water/steam ratios of 0/1, 1/1, 2/1, 3/1, and 5/l, thus forming a matrix of 100 points.
