Also at Defra, Lord de mauley replaces Lord Taylor as Parliamentary under secretary, taking on Lord Taylor’s previous responsibility for waste policy, while secretary of state Caroline spelman mP has been replaced by former Northern Ireland secretary owen Paterson. During a former cabinet discussion on growth, mr Paterson was reported to have called for renewable energy subsidies to be scrapped, however it is hoped that the new team will promote AD’s role in waste, farming and economic growth.
