We requested a one-month, no-cost extension to our contract (to August 31, 2009), in order to complete the report so as to include compliance with the recommendations and an evaluation of the Community Center conversion. This extension was later granted. In addition to the comments from the Task Force during our meeting, we also received written comments on our initial draft report from: Kjell Mitchell, COO and General Manager of Glenwood Hot Springs; George Wear, Consulting Engineer; and Russ Arensman, Councilor, Ward 1. These comments were much appreciated and, as much as possible, will be addressed in the final report.
