Thus, Subtask D will focus efforts on compiling Japanese data from Hijiori and Ogachi fields. Apart from the activity of Subtask D, a review program chaired by Prof. Niitsuma of Tohoku University has compiled a review of Hijiori project from October 2002 to March 2004. The review mainly covers: overall system design, field characterization, reservoir creation, circulation and heat extraction, and monitoring (Figure 3.3).
