Pysyvyyskäyrässä on esitetty prosessihyötysuhde ja nettosähköteho OL3 arvoilla. 4.5 1 MW laitos OL3 -laitosyksikön yhteyteen Tässä kappaleessa perehdytään asioihin joita vaaditaan, jotta ORC-prosessi kykenee tuottamaan 1 MW:n tehon mahdollisimman luotettavasti. Riittävä luotettavuus tar- koittaa tässä yhteydessä yli 7000 h/a pysyvyyttä. Excel -laskentaohjelmaa muokattiin niin, että se ottaa huomioon tuloksissa 30 % pumppaus ja lämmönsiirtohäviöt. Tämä häviö otettiin pois suoraan ORC-prosessin tuottamasta sähköstä. Laskelmassa on käytetty OL3 laitosyksikön tarjoamaa lämpötilatasoa. Lämmönvaihtimen asteisuus on 1 K ja lämpötilamuutos 2,8 K. Lauhduttimena toimii kylmä vesi. Laskennan pe- rusteella kyseinen prosessi tuottaa 7000 h kohdalla 1001 kW. Huipputeho tällä pro- sessilla on 1312 kW. ORC-prosessin pysyvyyskäyrä on esitetty kuvassa 20. Pysy- vyyskäyrässä on havaittavissa jyrkkä tehon notkahdus 7800 tunnin kohdilla.
