The concept is similar to ODP but it is referenced to carbon dioxide, which contributes with a relative value of 1 to the Global Warming. Recently the EU has banned refrigerant in mobile applications with a GWP higher than 150 [Ref. 52] so we shall take this value to exclude WF candidates.
