Recommendations In order to pave the way for the eventual commercialization of OFC technology, our Cleantech-to-Market team would like to propose a number of procedural as well as research recommendations to which we believe will be critical milestones. Proposed Process Timeline In Figure 13 above we have captured five steps that we believe are critical for raising funds for a prototype and effectively communicating the value of the OFC to the market. Given our promising conversations with incumbents that develop and sell the ORC as well as representatives from LBNL, we believe there is sufficient interest in the market to file a PCT application. As this is a critical step that will continue the patent coverage that protects the unique configuration of the OFC, we propose embarking on this step in the first quarter of 2013.
