He does not think of OFC as a venture deal and believes the licensing route is the appropriate path to pursue. He has referred us to a colleague from Siemens in their Heat Recovery division. Interview Details: • If we are thinking about a 10% efficiency increase for OFC over the roughly 40% efficiency of ORC, Siemens would need a payback period of 5-7 years • He sees this as a payback period play • In reviewing technologies like this one they look at 2 main things: o Whatdoesthepaybackperiodlooklike? o What are the dimensions of this technology?
