These include, resource estimates, electrical design and grid connection, civil works (including geophysical surveys), environmental impact assessments (EIA) and even thermal cycle modelling and optimisation. OUR MISSIONS: Technical Advisor & Due Diligence We offer technical advisor services for new projects and due dili- gence services for acquisition projects. Areas include validation of conformity, estimated schedule and costs, construction require- ments, permits and environmental assessments. We can act as a validating Third Party or as your own Technical Advisor at any mo- ment of your project. Owner’s Engineer Should you elect to realise your project through a lump sum turnkey contract for Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), we can advise and accompany you as Owner’s Engineer from the be- ginning of a project to its commissioning. We will work by your side providing essential services to assist you in supervising the EPC contract, the design, the manufacturing and procurement, the con- struction and the commissioning of the plant. Engineering Procurement Construction Management (EPCM) We offer you Project Management consultancy should you decide to divide your project in multiple-package supply and installation contracts. We will manage on your behalf the interfaces and coordi- nate the whole project to ensure on-time commissions and meeting performance requirements. OTHER SERVICES Contract & Interface Management We can support you by setting up dedicated bidding processes in line with stakeholders’ requirements and assist you through drawing up and the negotiation of your contracts (Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Fuel Supply Agreement (FSA), Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA), Land Lease Agreement (LLA)...). Among our key competences is the efficient coordination of all execution aspects of a project through Contract Interface Management, and support for Claim Management. Risk Analysis Analysing the risks associated with a project is another highly val- ued and key Tractebel Engineering skill. The financial, economical, timing and execution risks of any project are carefully assessed and the proper mitigation scenario’s are studied and prepared to sup- port your project’s smooth progress. Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Local legislation and global stakeholders have increasingly high ex- pectations around environmental protection. Waste management, local involvement, water and air protection, smart mobility are all important building blocks of an integrated environmental action plan. Close follow up both increases local acceptance and protect valuable natural resources. We apply an effective quality and safety management system, including processes to assure product con- formity to our customers and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
