Efficient waste heat recovery – it’s that easy The IC60 module is an ORC-plant where waste heat of biogas engines can be converted into electrical power. Technical basis of the IC60 ORC-module is the Organic-Rankine-Cycle where instead of water an organic working fluid is used. By setting up a biogas plant with an IC60 ORC-module the financial efficiency of the entire plant increases and the car- bon footprint as well as the land consumption for energy crops of the biogas power plant can be lowered. The IC60 ORC- module is characterised by a fast amortisation and an intuitive operation.
