• Focus on Energy Central Office staff will provide process support for the program. • Masood Akhtar will oversee the efforts of CleanTech Partners, supported by Brent English, Doug Presny, and Tom Wroblewski. • Todd Stuart, Director of the Wisconsin Industrial Energy Group, will coordinate WIEG’s outreach activities with SAIC. All of these team members have significant experience as engineers or as program implementers and have worked with the Focus program over the long term. Focus Field Advisors also have many years of experience supporting customer energy efficiency project development. They will also provide follow-up Focus services to ensure that recommended projects get implemented. The Industrial Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for special marketing, scheduling and coordinating SENAs and teams, tracking reports, tracking project implementation, and reporting to the USDOE. SAIC and its subcontractors have the capacity and availability to complete the tasks described in this proposal. Please see Resume file for SAIC qualifications.
