The main reason for such high investment costs is low capacity of respective facilities. These costs are much more higher than in other technologies. Figure 5 includes the structure of costs regarding electricity generation. The annual maintenance costs usually range between 1% and 4% of investment costs. In this particular case is taken average capital costs of 1.7% of investment costs. With regard to production costs, ORC 650 is in advantage. These production costs account for 0.112 €/kWh. Production costs of Stirling 70 are higher and amount to 0.155 €/kWh, and are more expensive than the sales price which is equal to 0.136 €/kWh. 4.4.
