Heat If the plant is located in an industrial cluster, it may be possible to sell heat to neighbouring sites. Recovered heat can also be sold for use in district heating, fish breeding, greenhouse heating, etc. Electricity For plants where heat recovery offers the opportunity to increase electricity generation, the new possible power output may be greater than needed in the plant.
