Mallon (2006) is summarizing ten key features of successful renewable energy policy: transparency; well-defined objectives; well defined resources and technologies; appropriate applied incentives; adequacy; stability; contextual frameworks; energy market reforms; land use planning reform; equalizing the community risk and cost-benefit distribution.
