Purchasing and installing new energy equipment when the time is right for your community 3. Minimizing energy use while maximizing comfort and utility Objectives 1. Analyze the feasibility of renewable energy power generation (other than hydro) 2. Analyze current and potential energy resources available within the city and borough of Sitka and the island of Baranof. 3.
