However, for clear weather conditions the contribution increases, considerably. Considering the energy consumption of tracking systems it can be argued by the results of this study that, an innovative tracking algorithm that takes such effects into account should be more convenient. 5 CONCLUSION In this study, initial results of an ongoing scientific project are presented. On the coverage of this project, a tracking system is designed and introduced. Mono-crystalline Pv modules are selected and employed to analyze the efficiency of tracking under winter conditions at Afyonkarahisar region. The Pv modules are situated into both fixed and movable systems. Minutely power generations of the systems are obtained and compared. It is concluded that tracking the sun has considerably improves power generation efficiency of Pv modules. However, it is argued that an innovative tracking algorithm should be more useful and must be developed to maximize the energy efficiency and minimize the energy consumed while tracking. Furthermore, the effect of tracking on different Photovoltaic panels must also be examined. Such studies should be regarded as future studies.
