The apparatus of claim 1, Wherein the magnet generates a magnetic ?eld in the range of 6,500 to 15,000 Gauss. 3.The apparatus ofclaim 1,Wherein themagnet isan N52 or other permanent, rare-earth magnet or electric magnet. 4. The apparatus of claim 1, including a plurality ofmag nets on opposing sides of the vessel. 5. The apparatus of claim 1, Wherein the acoustic trans ducer generates acoustic energy densities on the order of 1 to 1018kW/m3. 6.
