Since SU2 was not able to simulation periodic boundary conditions, the SALOME-SU2 mesh generator was used to generate a wing mesh and to simulate it in SU2 using a far field and symmetric boundary condition. The visualization of the 3D wing Mach streamlines in the cross sectional and top view is presented in figure 6.16 and 6.17. A format of the current SU2 based mesh belonging to the 2D and 3D geometry was used for the investigation.
