This could be an erroneous experimental data point, or may have secondary information that the correlations do not account for. The Cetin correlation gave the least RMS error for both the stall and choke sides at 0.0187 and 0.0127, respectively. However, it should be noted that the choke side had only one experimentally measured data point to be compared against, and more experimental data in this regime is necessary for a better evaluation.
