(2006), plasma was generated by a dielectric barrier discharge, as shown in Figure 63. Nanoparticles were found to be successfully produced from acetylene, ferrocene, and hexamethyldisiloxane, using argon and helium as carrier gasses. Radacsi et al. (2013b) used cold plasma crystallization method for producing submicron-sized crystals of organic materials. Figure 63.
