This means that in order to maintain a high level of efficiency in a tem- perature swing adsorption compression process, it is necessary to have proper control of the energy supplied to a bed, ensuring that it is distributed evenly throughout. Alternatively, efforts could be made to increase the thermal conductivity of the bed or redesign its geometry to protect against such a degradation in performance.
