Samples were separated using standard Taylor- series sieves on a sieve shaker for 30 minutes. The size fractions include -37 μm, -44+37 μm, - 53+44 μm, -74+53 μm, -105+74 μm, -149+105 μm, -210+149 μm, -297+210 μm, -595+297 μm, --1410+595 μm, -2380+1410 μm and -4760+2380 μm, as well as +4760 μm.
