Establishing Conceptual Process Design, Performance Model and Preliminary Techno-Economic Analysis of WGS Zeolite Membrane Reactor Technology (Task 9.0) (Cont’d) Design Assumptions 1) FEED PRESSURE: Published ZMR feed pressure = 34 barg (500 psig). Assume ZMR can handle 800 psig operating pressure. 2) FEED H2S & COS: ZMR has been tested for 400 ppmv H2S & is expected to be good for 1,000 ppmv H2S per FOA proposal. Assume ZMR can operate at ~4,500 ppmv (8,000 ppmv dry) H2S in feed. Assume COS will be hydrolyzed to H2S by the ZMR. 3) FEED HCL & NH3: These are assumed to be removed by water scrubber upstream of ZMR. 39PDF Image | Zeolite Membrane Reactor CO2 Capture
