Jeffery et al.[59] prepared the layered MoS2-WS2 hybrids by flocculating a mix- ture of the colloidal dispersions of ammoniated MoS2 and WS2, but the colloidal dispersions would be contaminated easily and the layers could be restacked randomly. Azizi et al. created two atomically thin free- standing van der Waals heterostructures systems by CVD methods: epi- taxial growth of monolayer WSe2/graphene and nonepitaxial growth of MoS2/grapheme heterostructures.
