In an ideal process, where t is assumed that no losses take place in the system. In practice, this is not possible. In a real cycle, the isentropic compression can only be approximately achieved heat exchange with the environment (Fig. 5.10). This also applies to the throttling process, which is not isenthalpic. During the evaporation and condensation pressure losses are inevitable (Eicker, 2014). 153
