foaming effects are induced by three times of rapid depressurizations which are evenly distributed in the experiment. The averaged WRP for pressure change effect is analyzed in two groups based on the two time levels. a) Pressure effect on WRP with 7 mole % H2O added for 3 hrs treatment The WRP data are averaged values of five WRP data on the five PCB specimens at corresponding pressure and temperature conditions for 3 hours treatment when 7 mole % of water is added. The result is shown in Figure 12. The figure demonstrates a small WRP increase trend when pressure is heavily increased from 2000 psi to 6000 psi for 3 hours treatment. From the data, we can see that the pressure increase effects are very small at 150 C and 200 C while over 2 % of increase in WRP is induced by pressure increase at250 Cwithan2000psiincreaseon4000psipressurelevelandan4000psiincreaseon2000 psi pressure level. The results show that pressure increase effect is more significant at 250 C temperature level when pressure is set above 4000 psi. b) Pressure effect on WRP with 7 mole % H2O added for 6 hrs treatment The WRP data are the averaged WRP values of five WRPs from the five PCB specimen at specific pressure and temperature levels when time is given for 6 hours. The result is shown in figure 13. The three WRP lines present a slight WRP increase tendency with pressure increases, with 7 mole % of water is added as environmentally benign co- solvent.
