By comparing Figure 15 to Figure 5, I found that the first law efficiencies for refrigerants decrease by roughly 26% (at 150 °C for R-123) of the original efficiency, and for non- refrigerants by about 24% (at 250 °C for water). From Figure 16 and Figure 6, the work for refrigerants drops by about 25% (at 150 °C for R-123) of the original work, and for non- refrigerants by approximately 24% (at 250 °C for water). The drops are expected because we have introduced more irreversibilities into the cycle.
