Infinity Turbine is now offering ROT Radial Outflow Turbine parts for customer assembly.

We supply: machined parts.

You supply: Steel pipe for housing, Gruvlok couplings with gaskets, generator, electrical or sensors feed through fittings, assembly.

The Flat Pack is available for:

ROT 6: 1-5 kW. Gruvlok - 6" - 7001 STANDARD COUPLING.

Rotomax 50CC wild AC generator (rectifier for DC output).

ROT 12: IT10. 10 kW. Manta DC or SCS48 DC type generators. Schedule 40 Pipe 304 SS: 12 inch diameter x 24 inch length. Waterjet or milling machine parts available.

ROT 15: 10-30 kW. Up to 3050 RPM.

ROT 24: IT50-IT250. 50-300 kW.

US Motors Pump Motor (Generator). DJ100E1BV-P. For IT50: 100 HP. 74 kW. 460-230 V. Shaft diameter: 1.625 inches. Class F insulation. Closed coupled pump type motor (generator). 2 poles. 3,600 RPM.

Schedule 40 Pipe: 24-30 inch diameter. Plans are for 24 inch pipe diameter).

The second set of parts for assembly is:

6. Exit Plate: Attached to housing pipe by Gruvlok or similar coupling and gasket. The Exit Plate has one bore for exiting working fluid (may mount vertically to empty any liquid working fluid or have bore in lower position for any condensed liquids), and three wire electrical motor feed through fittings (minimum 300 psi rating).

7. Gruvlok Coupling: 7001 Coupling Type2. Attached to front stator and entry plate (minimum 300 psi rating).

The third set of parts that customer supplies is:

4. Generator: May be induction motor/generator or synchronous generator.

ROT15 and ROT24: This system is designed for use with standard AC pump motors, which when rotated faster than rated RPM become a AC generator, which will require a grid-tie device.

The smaller ROT06 and ROT12 can use alternator type 1,800+ RPM generators. Optional magnetic coupling for external generator mounting.

5. Turbine Generator Housing: Schedule 40 pipe with grooves. Minimum pressure rating above 300 psi for ORC applications.
